Currency & Shipping Timeline

If you shop in a currency other than Canadian Dollars, shipping fees will be converted at the current exchange rate.

The delivery window begins once the order is picked up by the carrier. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Orders placed on yuliamano.com may ship from one of our two warehouses depending on product availability. As such, orders that include multiple items may arrive in multiple shipments.

Customs & Delivery Details

For international shipments, carriers such as FedEx and DHL may require additional information (such as a tax identification or personal number) for customs clearance. This requirement is based on order value and is beyond our control. You may be contacted via email, phone, or SMS to provide this information.

If you receive such a request, please note:

• It does not mean you’ve been subscribed to a messaging service.

• You will not be asked to pay additional delivery fees by the carrier.

• Failure to provide the requested details may result in your order being returned to our warehouse.

Once your parcel ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. Registered customers can view order status on the My Orders page.

We offer flat rate shipping fees at checkout. All orders are shipped delivered-duty-paid (DDP), meaning no additional duties or fees will be due upon delivery.

Warehouse Closures & Processing

Shipping services may be suspended due to warehouse closures on Canadian holidays. Please plan accordingly, as orders placed during those times will be processed the next business day.

All orders are processed automatically. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite or delay shipment once an order is placed.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following address types:

• General Delivery

• P.O. Boxes

• APO / FPO / DND mail
  

Orders placed with restricted addresses will be canceled.

International Orders

International orders are subject to a flat rate shipping fee. Depending on destination, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply.

For orders shipped to the U.S., UK, or countries within the European Union, the recipient will cover applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes.

For all other countries, the recipient is responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

As with domestic orders, international shipments may require the customer to provide additional customs-related details. Without this information, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse.
